WEBSITE DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT:
We offer fully customizable wordpress templates, whether it be a template that has caught your eye or you would like a completely custom template setup to meet your needs. Most clients needs are met with the customization of an existing template but the possibilities are endless and completely up to you, the client.

  • Basic Agent Package: Select the theme, we add your logo’s and contact information & you take it from there. Includes the all new dsIDXpress IDX plugin (requires $29.95 monthly fee, $99.95 setup fee) (SEO is available at an additional fee) – $495.00 *includes 1 year of hosting (a $300 value)
  • Advanced Agent Package: Select the theme, we then fully customize it to fit your needs.  Includes the all new dsIDXpress IDX plugin (requires $29.95 monthly fee, $99.95 setup fee) – Base price $995 & then billed $65 per hour. (SEO is available at an additional fee)
  • Fully Custom Agent Package: For the AGENT looking for an EXCLUSIVE Custom Theme: Includes an exclusive WordPress theme, Search Engine Optimization & the all new dsIDXpress (requires $29.95 monthly fee, $99.95 setup fee)  – Contact us for a custom quote.

With each package deal you are allowed up to 3 revisions during the design process. Once the package is complete, each additional revision will be subject to a $65/hr fee.
